01 / Meet the SmartDeed

A real property.
A share in
its future.

A SmartDeed would record your share of the financial rights tied to one property. The agreement explains what you could receive, when you could be paid, and what could change.

01 The property

Start with the home, the people behind it, and their plan. Look at its condition, what it may be worth, and any money already owed. Check the details behind the photograph.

What to look for in a property ↗
02 The agreement

The agreement explains how your money would participate in the property: what you could be paid, when, the costs, and the risks.

It also explains any protections or say you would have. Read the signed documents to see exactly what applies.

03 Your SmartDeed

Your SmartDeed records the part assigned to you. It connects your record to the property and its terms. By itself, it does not give you the deed to the house, company shares, or a right to live there.

02 / Picture your journey

A real place.
A bigger possibility.

Getting started should feel familiar. A home to explore. A plan to understand. A future to follow.

03 / Let’s talk about the money

How could I
make money?

A forward sale and exchange sets terms today for a future exchange tied to a property. Your SmartDeed records your share of those financial rights.

The agreement’s multiplier helps explain the amount you could receive. Here’s how it works in a made-up deal.

A made-up example10-month plan
Example exchange rate1.15×

A total multiplier. If paid in full, each $1 put in returns $1.15—including the original $1.

Possible gain · 15%$1,500
Possible total payment$10,000 × 1.15 · includes your original money

Before fees and taxes. The numbers and 10-month plan are illustrative, not a current offer, promised payment, guaranteed exit date, or yearly rate.

What if things don’t go to plan?

In this example, selling the renovated home could fund payment after costs and earlier debts are paid. Payment could be delayed or fall short. You could lose some or all of your money. The agreement explains what happens if the project cannot pay.

The story behind Solslot

Built from the other
side of the
front door.

Solslot's story began with homeowners looking for better options. Working with homes and renovation partnerships raised a bigger question: could access to property value become more understandable, more flexible, and open to more people?

That question still shapes the experience. Start with the real place and the people. Make the agreement clear. Give every participant the information to make their own decision.

No wallet is needed to learn.
No pressure to decide today.

A SmartDeed records your assigned share of the financial rights in a property agreement. That agreement explains what you could receive and what you must do. The underlying agreement is called a Forward Sale and Exchange Agreement (FSRE). In this Alpha, test SmartDeeds have no monetary value or real legal rights.
A SmartDeed does not automatically make you the registered owner of the home. It does not automatically provide occupancy, direct equity, management control, or voting rights. Any additional membership or protection rights depend on the applicable signed documents.
Your agreement explains what you could be paid and when. For example, it might set a total payment or link a payment to the future value of the property. Rent or a rise in value is not automatically paid to every holder. Check the costs, who gets paid first, and what happens if there is a shortfall. Returns are not guaranteed.
No. Solslot is currently a Testnet Alpha on Chia testnet11. It uses test assets only. They have no monetary value and create no real investment or legal right. Browse and learn before deciding whether to try the test experience.
No exit is guaranteed. Transfers or swaps require an eligible position and an available approved route. Price and capacity can change. Redemption is a separate process that must be approved and funded. Review the holding period, restrictions, and shortfall terms in the documents.
Real estate values can fall, projects can be delayed, and costs can rise. Debt, counterparties, liquidity limits, legal structure, and technology can affect the outcome. In a real offering, some or all of the invested amount could be lost. Review property-specific disclosures before making a decision.
Check the property, owner, valuation source and date, debt, contract rights, fees, settlement conditions, restrictions, and risks. Understand who manages the project and what reporting or protections apply. If an important answer is missing, ask before proceeding.
No. You can read public property records and educational guides without connecting a wallet. The existing vault connection and verification flow appears only when an action needs it. Never share a seed phrase or private key.
They serve different purposes. A SmartDeed records a specified property-related contractual position. Sols are used for eligible secondary SmartDeed swaps through the protocol, subject to availability. Sols are not SGT and do not buy a new SmartDeed at checkout.
My Solslot brings together SmartDeeds, records, updates, and currently available actions. The specific agreements determine any reporting, voting, transfer, or settlement rights. An update in the interface is not a promise of a return or an available exit.
