The questions to settle first.
These answers are visible on the page and are the only answers represented in FAQ structured data.
What does Testnet Alpha mean?
Testnet Alpha uses test assets only. Test assets have no monetary value and create no real investment, title, occupancy, management, or legal right.
What defines the rights associated with a SmartDeed?
The signed property documents define the exact rights, value formula, timeline, costs, restrictions, and risks. The property page is a readable summary, not a replacement for those documents.
Do I need to connect a vault to browse?
No. Public properties, explanations, and documents remain available without a wallet. Connect only when you need to view private holdings or begin an available testnet action.
What should I check before connecting or signing?
Confirm the Solslot domain, selected experience, wallet account, network, asset, amount, and action summary. Stop if the wallet prompt does not match the review screen.
Are displayed values guaranteed returns?
No. Historical, estimated, projected, or example values are not guarantees. Review each value's label, source, as-of date, assumptions, and controlling property documents.
Is secondary liquidity guaranteed?
No. Availability, timing, price, and counterparties can vary. A secondary path should never be treated as guaranteed liquidity.
What information should I include when asking for support?
Include the page, property address, visible status, and any operation, transaction, or SmartDeed ID shown on screen. Redact personal or wallet-secret information.
What will Solslot support never ask me to send?
Never send a recovery phrase, private key, password, one-time authentication code, or an unredacted identity document. Solslot support does not need these to investigate a UI issue.
Bring the screen, not your secrets.
Include what you expected, what appeared, and any non-sensitive operation or SmartDeed ID.
