Compare real-estate investing options

Compare funds, property-level offerings, and tokenized records using rights, fees, liquidity, custody, and evidence rather than headline promises.

Updated · Applies to Testnet Alpha

First compare what you would actually hold

Different platforms can expose you to real estate through different legal products. A fund share, a share in a property-owning entity, and a property-specific contract can have different cash flows, restrictions, and remedies. Tokenization describes a record or transfer mechanism; it does not make those rights identical.

Solslot is currently a Testnet Alpha. It is a place to explore property records and practice supported workflows, not a live investment alternative. Its test assets have no monetary value or real property rights.

Where REITs fit

A real estate investment trust, or REIT, is a company owning or operating income-producing real estate or related assets. Publicly traded and non-traded REITs differ in how investors can buy, sell, and assess value. Investor.gov explains these distinctions and their risks.

Do not assume Solslot or a property token is a REIT. Compare the actual product's documents and rights rather than the word real estate in its marketing.
